Notes of the lesson

These courses are intended for all people who want to practice above all their oral expression, to improve or maintain their level. But also work on oral and written comprehension as well as other skills.

The “Conversation” courses concern the levels of the Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFRL), from level A2+ to level C2. They focus more on oral skills than written but everything is possible depending on your needs.

They address the 4 language learning skills established by the CEFR, more specifically:

– Oral production

– Oral comprehension

– Written comprehension

– Written production

The work is structured according to the needs around:

• videos, podcasts, games, newspaper articles, role plays…
• grammar, vocabulary, conjugation… (oral during the lesson)
• work on phonetics
• everyday life situations: at the bakery, at the restaurant, at the market…
• authentic documents

These courses are intended for anyone who wants to take the DELF or DALF exam.

The DELF (Diploma of French Language Studies) and the DALF (Advanced Diploma of French Language) are diplomas in French as a foreign language issued by the French Ministry of National Education.

Depending on the level passed, the DELF can enhance a curriculum vitae (CV), and make it easier to obtain a job in a company where the spoken language is French.

The DELF B1 allows you to obtain French nationality. The DELF B2, and more and more the DALF C1, allow students to enter French, European or French-speaking universities, and certain Grandes Ecoles.

These certifications are spread over the 6 levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

At each level, 4 skills are assessed:

– oral comprehension

– oral production

– written comprehension

– written production.

The work is done with a method of preparation for the exam according to the level prepared.

These courses are intended for children aged 5 to 13 who want to discover and study the French language, improve their skills or maintain their level.

The “French for children” courses concern all levels of the Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFRL), from level A1 to level C2.

The lessons are adapted according to the needs and objectives of the child.

The work is structured around: varied and fun activities such as animated films, games, manual activities, etc.

The work of grammar, vocabulary, phonetics… is done from a French method for children.

Lesson times can be adapted according to age and level (from 30 to 45 minutes). To be discussed during the first interview and/or trial lesson.
